touch of europe sioux falls Touch of Europe is located in a quaint basement on the corner of 12th and Phillips in Downtown Sioux Falls.  The food here is very well prepared and the atmosphere is cozy.

This restaurant is also a very popular Jazz Club in Sioux Falls.  Fridays and Saturdays almost always have some great local and sometimes even national Jazz talent.  Check out their web site for an updated schedule of music events.
