Carnaval Brazilian Grill has been in Sioux Falls for almost 3 years now and still remains a sort of local secret. They have brought a style of Brazilian restaurant to Sioux Falls known as a churrascaria.
Here they have trained chefs bring skewers of meat to your table, and carve them table side. On any one night there is roughly 12 to 15 different selections of meat. The salad bar is fresh and has something for everyone, the smoked Salmon is especially great and made in house.
Their lounge has a relaxing and smoke free atmosphere. The patio has a really cool waterfall and Koi fish pond.
Try out the official drink of Brazil, called the Caipirinha. After a few of those I would recommend not standing up to quickly.
