Tryon Gym has really built an awesome reputation in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. They have built themselves up to having 4 locations in Sioux Falls, 1 in Brandon, 1 in Harrisburg, and 1 in Dell Rapids. Each location is open 24 hours with access at night using a key card.
Tryon Gym has built its success on doing things differently. The gyms they build are no too large, so that you loose yourself in the sea of equipment and have dozens of people around you while you are working out. Many people really like the fact that the gyms are a little smaller.
Also the equipment they have was chosen by people who really know how to work out and get the best results for yourself.
Also one of the first things you notice about a Tryon Gym when visiting them is the quality and variety of equipment they use. Even down to the dumbbells, they didn’t just equip their gyms with the cheapest of gear to fill it up. Many of the treadmills each have their own TV’s, the dumbbells are the kind with the rubber rounded shape grips. Also the equipment they have was chosen by people who really know how to work out and get the best results for yourself.
Another great feature of Tryon Gym is the availability of personal training. They have several professional personal trainers on staff for one-on-one sessions are just to ask general questions. These personal trainers are also helpful when choosing any supplements.
Tryon Gyms are very well kept and clean. The equipment is maintained for safety and cleanliness often. The availability of the 24 hour key pass for all members is a great way to work out during the later hours.
Tryon Gym also has tanning packages available at every location.
