Tommy Jacks Sioux Falls Tommy Jacks is tucked away right off of Phillips on 12th street in Downtown Sioux Falls.  A great place to meet some friends for a chill night during the week or a crazy one on the weekends.

They also serve a kickin lunch menu.  Order a White Russian with Vanilla Absolute and you won’t be sorry.
